Welcome to Popina Restaurant Supply. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at therealpopina.com (the "Site") and any related digital services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Popina Restaurant Supply ("Popina," "we," "our," or "us") is a Brooklyn-based wholesale supplier of foodservice disposables, packaging and PPE. The Services exist to inform existing and prospective customers about our product lines, ordering process, careers and company. The Services are not a transactional storefront — orders are placed by phone with our team.

All orders are placed by phone. Pricing, availability, lead times and delivery windows are confirmed at the time of the call and may change without notice. Information published on the Site (including product listings, catalogs and resource articles) is informational only and does not constitute a binding offer.

You are responsible for any equipment, browsers and connectivity needed to access the Services. We do not currently maintain customer accounts on the Site. If we introduce account features in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Services and their content — including text, images, logos, layout, code, product photography and the Popina trademark — are owned by Popina Restaurant Supply or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
