Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page explains how Popina Restaurant Supply handles requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), regarding the sale or sharing of personal information.
Our Practice
Popina Restaurant Supply does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We collect personal information only to operate our wholesale supply business — to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders and communicate with customers and applicants.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
For a complete description of the categories of personal information we collect, our purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share information for business purposes, please see our Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and (if applicable) sell or share;
- Request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
- Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and
- Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.
Submitting a Request
Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out is required. However, if you would like to submit a request to know, delete or correct your information, you can do so by contacting us at:

Please include "Privacy Request" in the subject line and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by California law (generally within 45 days).
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authorization (such as a notarized power of attorney or a signed permission letter) and may also need to verify your own identity directly.
Changes
We may update this notice as our practices or applicable law change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
